Shipping policy

We ship beautiful home textiles and décor across Canada. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

Where we ship

We currently ship everywhere in Canada. Orders are shipped from our supplier's warehouse in Quebec.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after your purchase. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. During busy periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Remote and northern areas may require additional time. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed once the parcel is with the carrier.

Shipping rates

  • Free standard shipping on orders of $99 CAD or more (before taxes).
  • For orders under $99, a calculated shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number. It may take 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.

Multiple shipments

If your order contains several items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days at no extra cost to you.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We aren't able to redirect a parcel once it has shipped, and we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

Delays, lost or damaged parcels

Once your order leaves the warehouse, it's in the hands of the carrier. While we can't control shipping delays caused by weather, high volume or carrier issues, we're always happy to help you track down a package. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at maisonbaron.ca@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
