Refund policy

At Maison Baron, we want you to love your home. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. This policy explains how returns, refunds and exchanges work.
Return window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we're unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it;
- In its original packaging, with any tags and labels still attached;
- Free of odours, stains, pet hair or signs of wear.
For hygiene reasons, bedding, pillows and similar items can only be returned if they are unopened and unused in their original sealed packaging.
Non-returnable items
- Gift cards;
- Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked as such);
- Custom, personalized or made-to-order products.
How to start a return
Email us at maisonbaron.ca@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with the return instructions and address. Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged or was sent in error, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
We inspect every order, but accidents happen. If your item arrives damaged, defective or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at maisonbaron.ca@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right at no cost to you — a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order. If you'd like a different colour or size, let us know and we'll do our best to help.
Order cancellations
Need to cancel or change an order? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes before the order has shipped, but once it's on its way it's treated as a standard return.
